What’s New?
The Teams Plan Page is going to make exhibitor tiering clearer, more intuitive, and better aligned with monetization goals. The “Settings” tab is being replaced with a dedicated “Plans” tab - designed to showcase Basic vs. Pro tiers, highlight the team’s current plan, and provide clear upgrade paths.
Why it matters
💡 Clarity for exhibitors
Teams often struggled to understand which plan they were on, or what additional features they could unlock. The new Plans page provides a clean, transparent comparison that makes it obvious what’s included at each level.
💰 New upsell opportunities
With Stripe upgrades no longer supported in Engage, organizers need a built-in way to promote Pro tier benefits directly in-app. The configurable CTAs allow organizers to drive upgrades in a way that fits their event strategy.
🎯 Simplified navigation
Renaming “Settings” to “Plans” makes it instantly clear where exhibitors should go to view their entitlements, reducing confusion and support queries.
