We’re introducing a simple filter in Teams meeting views that lets you show or hide MustMeet meetings, making calendars and meeting lists easier to navigate.
Why it matters

Not all team members are part of MustMeet. This filter helps people see only the meetings that apply to them, keeping views clean and focused.
👀 Better visibility when needed
MustMeet participants can still easily find and view their scheduled meetings, while others won’t be distracted by sessions they are not involved in.
🎯 Built for real event needs
This feature was introduced based on organizer feedback to improve clarity and usability for mixed teams.
How it works
- Available in MustMeet events only (from Closed → Provisional phases onwards)
- Automatically enabled for MustMeet participants
- Automatically hidden for non-MustMeet participants
- Customizable label to match your event terminology
