Session Time Blocking now fully integrates with both regular events and MustMeet, ensuring sessions can reserve attendee time across all event types.

Previously, time-blocking only prevented overlapping sessions - now, it also blocks meeting availability. This means that when an attendee is assigned to a time-blocking session (like a keynote, roundtable, or workshop), that time is automatically marked as busy, preventing any clashing meeting requests.

In MustMeet events, this ensures that the scheduling engine respects those blocked times, so pre-assigned sessions are never overwritten by automated meeting scheduling.

Why it matters

🎯 For Organizers:

Protect high-priority sessions from being disrupted by meetings. Sessions like roundtables or VIP events stay reserved in participants’ schedules, giving you greater control and ensuring a balanced, clash-free experience.

🕒 For Attendees:

Get clear warnings when sessions and meetings overlap. Whether scheduling manually or through MustMeet, attendees always know what’s blocked, making time management effortless and transparent.

What’s included

  • ⛔ Blocks meeting availability during time-blocking sessions
  • 🛑 Prevents adding sessions that conflict with accepted meetings
  • ⚠️ Warns attendees of clashes with pending meetings
  • 🔁 Shows conflict icons and reschedule reasons for overlapping sessions and meetings
