Registration insights in Grip Manage

What's New?

We're bringing Insights directly into Grip Manage - giving event organizers real-time reporting without external dashboards.

A new Insights tab in the Manage navigation will host visual reports, starting with the Event Registration Report.

Why it matters

This update centralizes key event analytics in one place. Organizers can now view and analyze live registration data securely within Manage—no more separate Redash access or manual reporting. The result? Faster insights and better decision-making. What can be tracked and exported:

• Revenue and new registration daily
• Revenue from Ticket Sales per week with 4-week forecast
• Status of registration completion and cumulative confirmed registrations
• Registrations per week (new & cumulative) with 4-week forecast
• Granular reporting on each registration
