What it does
Introduces Pending Interest Limits, giving organizers control over how many unanswered Interest actions participants can have at one time.
Limits can be configured for different participant types. Once the limit is reached, additional Interests are paused until space becomes available, helping prevent spam, automated bulk activity, and excessive networking actions.
