MustMeet: Team Members Can Reassign and Swap Meetings

What it does Exhibitor and sponsor team members can now hand off or swap their MustMeet meetings with colleagues directly in the Grip Teams portal, with no need to ask the organiser. Organisers choose whether to turn it on for each event.

Why it matters

• 🔀 Can't make it? Hand it off. Reassign a meeting to a free teammate in a few clicks if you're ill, double-booked or a colleague is better placed to take it.
• 🔄 Swap when everyone's busy. Trade meetings with a teammate at the same time, with a side-by-side preview showing exactly what changes before you confirm.
• 📋 The programme stays intact. Meetings can't be cancelled through this flow, and only team members taking part in MustMeet can give or receive a meeting.
• 🎛️ Organisers stay in control. It's off by default and switched on per event from the dashboard.

The result Fewer last-minute requests for organisers on event day, and fewer missed meetings for exhibitors and their prospects.
