MustMeet: Session Time Blocking

Enabling time-blocking sessions to mark attendees as “busy” in MustMeet, so that pre-assigned sessions (e.g., roundtables) are respected when schedules are generated.

How it works

• Session data flows into the MustMeet import endpoint.
• Attendees assigned to time-blocking sessions are automatically marked as unavailable during those times.
• MustMeet scheduling runs as normal, building meeting schedules around the blocked session slots.

Event organizers gain confidence that sessions like roundtables won’t conflict with MustMeet meetings, reducing manual work and ensuring participants have balanced schedules that respect both meetings and sessions.
