What’s new?
We’re introducing a fully redesigned MustMeet Scores Page, giving event organizers more control, more visibility, and more flexibility than ever before in managing their matchmaking process.
This is more than just a UI refresh—this update brings the scoring process into the modern dashboard, introduces new scoring options, and lays the foundation for customizable matchmaking logic tailored to your event’s unique needs.
Why it matters
💡 More Control, Less Complexity
Previously, scoring logic was fixed—and only editable by Grip staff. With this update, you can now adjust scoring behavior directly in the dashboard, based on what works best for your attendees and event format.
📊 Transparent & Actionable Scoring
You’ll now be able to view scores between participants, understand how they were calculated, and see where AI or preferences played a role—all within a clean, simplified interface.
⚙️ Configurable Score Modifiers (Initial Set Includes):
- Adjust scoring behavior for sharer preferences (previously only available to WWE).
- Choose to include inactive participants in scoring.
- Decide whether mutual preferences are required for a non-zero score.
- Optionally include AI-based predictions to influence scores, even when preferences exist.
These options make the scoring engine far more adaptable to different matchmaking strategies, whether you're focused on supply-demand balance or strict preference matching.
Why you’ll love it
✅ Tailored matchmaking rules
Every event is different. This update lets you configure your own scoring logic—without needing to contact support.
✅ Clarity at every step
With detailed reasons behind each score and the ability to inspect scores directly from the dashboard, you'll always understand what’s driving your meeting outcomes.
