What it does MustMeet no longer forces your venue into one of two fixed setups. Who can meet whom, and where meetings happen, are now set independently. Assigned locations belong to individual attendees, so you can set up the venue the way your event actually works.
Why it matters
- π Locations wherever you need them. Give tables to buyers, suppliers, both or neither. Attendees with a location host their meetings there, and everyone else meets in public spaces.
- π Automatic spill-over. Assigned locations are used first, and meetings move to public space when they're full, so fewer attendees miss out on meetings.
- πͺ Every table counts. A location with several tables now runs a meeting at each one at the same time, so a twenty-table hall hosts twenty meetings at once.
- π₯ Teams on your terms. A new Ignore Sharers option lets you schedule everyone individually for a single run, so you can compare schedules without changing your event setup.
- βοΈ Fairer scheduling. Locations are filled by match quality and how many meetings attendees still need, not by the order they were set up.
The result Set up your venue once and let MustMeet work with it, with no workarounds during the event and more high-quality meetings for attendees.
