What’s new?
We’re making major upgrades to the meeting booking experience on web—refining the UX, aligning platform components, and setting the foundation for upcoming features like clash detection and smarter filtering. These improvements are all about making it easier and faster to manage meetings, especially when working as part of a team.
Why it matters
We’re streamlining how users schedule, reschedule, and manage meetings across My Schedule, Profiles, and the Teams Dashboard. With new shortcuts and clearer interactions, meeting workflows will feel smoother and more intuitive.
👥 Smarter team collaboration
Team-based meeting management is getting a UX refresh—improved calendar views, smarter meeting lists, and new “Acting As” functionality make it easier to support shared meeting goals without confusion.
🔧 Platform alignment for growth
We’re refactoring the core meeting booker across all views to prepare for upcoming enhancements like meeting clash handling and conflict filtering, while improving performance and consistency along the way.
What you’ll love it:
✅ Reschedule without the detour
Quickly rebook meetings right from My Schedule, a participant’s profile, or the Teams view—no more hunting for the right page.
✅ Clean, clickable Team Calendar
Tap any slot to instantly view and open meetings in a list view—overlapping meetings are now easier to navigate and manage.
✅ Improved “Decline with Message”
This option will always be visible, making it easier for participants to gracefully say no and keep communication flowing.
✅ Refined guest access
We’re improving the design for users who click through from email but aren’t logged in, ensuring they still land on a clear, useful page to take action.
These updates are a part of a broader mission to make meeting scheduling smarter, faster, and more flexible, no matter how your teams work or how complex your event setup may be.
