We’re excited to introduce Hosted Submission Management, a new feature in Grip Manage that streamlines the two-step registration process for events requiring approval-based ticket access.
What’s Changing?
With this update, organizers can now review and approve ticket requests directly within Grip Manage, eliminating the need for external forms or manual processes.
How It Works:
1️⃣ User requests a ticket – When a user is not permitted to purchase a ticket directly, they can submit a request.
2️⃣ Organizer reviews & approves – The request is reviewed within Grip Manage.
3️⃣ Ticket purchase is enabled – Upon approval, the user gains access to buy the ticket (or receive a free/discounted one).
Ideal for:
✔ Hosted Buyer Events – Ensure pre-approved participants for key meetings.
✔ VIP Access & Discounted Tickets – Control access for media, students, or special guests.
✔ Self-Service Organizer Control – Full management within Grip, no external tools needed.
