Event organizers face a highly manual process when managing sponsor-related products, tasks, and assets. Currently, organizers rely on CSVs to manually create products and assign tasks, leading to inefficiencies and potential errors. Sponsors lack autonomy in setting up their showcase materials, making the process cumbersome for both parties.
To answer that need, we are building an intuitive Sponsor Management System that allows sponsors to independently manage their showcase assets - including products, tasks, and digital/physical assets (e.g., booths). This system will streamline the product and task creation process, removing the need for manual CSV uploads.

- Sponsor autonomy: Sponsors can create, edit, and manage their own products and tasks directly within the platform.
- Asset management: Sponsors can upload and manage digital assets (e.g., images, brochures) and specify physical assets for booths.
- Task assignment: Organizers can create a task matrix and assign, manage, and edit tasks at both the event and multi-event levels.
