Why We Did This?
In response to challenges faced by organisers in data uploads, we're thrilled to introduce the Bulk Uploaders Update. Recognising the need for autonomy, we've refined the process, reducing dependence on Grip staff.
Our Super Solutions: What's Changing?
Changes to both upload wizards:
- Complete design overhaul for improved ease of use.
- Allow Event Organisers to select their own symbol separator when uploading multiple custom field values.
- Introduce an option to replace existing values with blank data when necessary.
Profile Bulk Upload
- Make Headline and Last Name required fields for participants.
Session Bulk Upload
- Transition to a simplified upload sheet to reduce the column count, with an option to toggle to the full template.
