What’s New?
We’ve enhanced our Native Integrations (NI) to support multiple booth mappings per exhibitor—starting with an update to the A2Z integration source. This removes a key blocker for high-scale organizers and simplifies exhibitor data handling across the board.
Why It Matters
🏢 Multi-booth support for exhibitors
Many exhibitors are assigned more than one booth, but until now, Native Integrations could only handle a single booth per company. With this update, we’ve added support for mapping additional booth data from a new endpoint—so no booths are left behind.
🔁 Smooth transition for large organizers
This change unlocks Native Integrations for clients like Emerald, allowing them to shift away from more time-intensive solutions (like Prismatic). That means fewer hours spent on integration setup and support, and a more scalable approach for teams managing dozens—or hundreds—of events.
🛠️ Ready for future Personify clients
Any future clients using Personify or similar systems will now be able to use Native Integrations even if multiple booths per exhibitor are required, ensuring Grip remains flexible and integration-friendly.
Why You’ll Love It
✅ Less manual work for your teams
✅ Seamless support for real-world booth setups
✅ Enables faster onboarding to NI—no workarounds needed
This update clears the path for more efficient, scalable, and future-proof integrations—no matter how complex your floorplan.
