Event organizers now have enhanced control over how pending meetings impact participant schedules with the introduction of Pending Meeting Time Blocking Controls. This update ensures flexibility for both attendees and organizers, creating a seamless meeting experience for events.

What’s in it for you, the organizer?

You will be in total control of pending meetings blocking recipients’ or meeting organizers’ availability in their schedules via one simple non-blocking toggle in dashboard.

How does this feature help participants manage their meetings?

• More time: This feature frees up participant time, allowing multiple meeting requests to be sent and received in a single meeting slot.
• Smart meeting booking: As multiple meetings can now occupy the same slot, instead of only showing mutually available times, we now flag if a certain slot has a clash, and simply highlight the slots with no pending meetings at the moment, giving participants more choice when requesting a meeting.
• Clashing meeting warnings: Clearly indicating any clashing meetings in attendees’ schedules, providing pop ups for managing clashes and for when attendees are no longer free for a meeting.
• New “Meeting clashes” filter: A dedicated filter in “My Schedule” helps attendees quickly identify and manage clashing or conflicting meetings.
• Meeting management: Once a participant accepts one of the meetings for a certain time-slot, they will be able to reschedule all the rest of the meetings that were clashing. Ensuring none of the pending meetings get lost.

By introducing customizable controls, attendees and organizers can now experience improved usability and flexibility for managing schedules, resulting in better event engagement and networking.
